Damien Lolos has over ten years of commercial real estate experience, having arranged financing for over $1 billion in loans over the course of his career. Damien is asset class and geographically agnostic, having successfully negotiated financing for every asset class in myriad markets throughout the US. Damien leverages his strong lender relationships and problem-solving skills to tailor loan products to adhere to the client’s needs and the realities of a particular transaction. Damien is very involved in every transaction from origination to closing, negotiating everything from the initial loan terms to the final loan documents.
Vivek Jagadish

Vivek Jagadish brings fifteen years of commercial real estate experience, in the form of originating, structuring, underwriting, and modeling both transitional and stabilized loans for all asset types, including multifamily, hospitality, office, retail, industrial, mobile home park, ground leases amongst others. Throughout his career, Vivek has closed over $3 billion in commercial loans. Between 2015-2022, Vivek was a director and originator for Deutsche Bank (DB), where he directly oversaw over $2.5+ billion in loan origination and underwriting during this period. Prior to DB, Vivek was an assistant vice president in the CMBS originations group for The Bancorp Bank.
John Kim

John Kim has nearly twenty years of commercial real estate experience, having arranged financing for over $500 million in loans over the course of his career. He has closed loans for multifamily, hospitality, office, retail, industrial, mobile home park and ground leases amongst other asset types. John specializes in SBA, USDA B&I, and conventional loans. He is very engaged in every transaction from origination to closing, negotiating on behalf of his clients.
